How does this work, anyway?
Each kit comes with its own unique prize, from doughnuts to smoothies, books to beer. You'll receive an email when your kit's ready for pick-up or drop-off - if it's a surprise for the person receiving it, include a note on your order and we'll do our best to keep it a surprise from them. Complete the clues in any order you like - there's no right or wrong. Upon completion, each kit will include a code (unless otherwise stated for that item), which you'll bring to the local spot to redeem your prize.
Can I customize my kit, or add another prize?
You sure can. On the order page, you'll have an option to add extra prizes, or change the value of your prize. If you don't see what you're looking for, just send us a message.

Is it a scavenger hunt, or puzzles?
Kind of both? Each kit is different, and since we have a lot of partners, that's a lot of different puzzles and riddles. Each kit is able to be completed completely indoors, but some have components that can be done outdoors, too.
I don't see my neighbourhood - can you add it?
We'd love to add more partners! Send us an email, or comment on our social media pages with a spot you'd like to see.
What's your return policy?
Due to the nature of the adventure kits, we don't offer refunds, and reserve the right to adjust our prices as we see fit. But, since you control the timing of your prize, you can pause your adventure at any point.
What if the business is no longer open?
We hope to support our local shops as much as we're able to, to ensure this doesn't happen. While we don't anticipate any businesses going under in the time it takes to complete your adventure, if this happens, please contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.
Are the stores following safety protocols?
While we can't personally verify that they are, we've only partnered with businesses we trust to keep their customers safe. Please wear a mask and socially distance, and follow all safety protocols to keep everyone safe.
